Taiwanese and American Cultural Exchange Foundation（臺美文化交流基金會）begins supporting the Seden Foundation. Huang Zheng Zong（黃政宗 ）, Huang Wang Xiu Ying（黃王秀英）, Ji Shu Ling（紀淑玲）, Zhang Yue E（張月娥）, Zhou Mu Xuan（周牧宣）, and Zhou Mu Rou（周牧柔）travel to the East and West coast of the United States and begin a month of performances.
